A bit about me:
Thanks for visiting my portfolio. This is a quick introduction to my work. I used to be a photographer and filmmaker, so much of this website is a reflection of my previous life. I paused my visual creativity back in 2018.
What do I do now?
I am a studio marketing and inclusion consultant for Asian Pacific Islander media. As a founder of Strong Asian Lead I bring the nuanced conversation around Asian and Asian American media to the studio and distribution platforms to better represent the growing market that is Asian America.
I’m also a community organizer. Using Clubhouse as my platform, I bring the same conversation to the emerging and veteran artists to inform the public of Hollywood’s practices. By coming together, we can change the industry by acknowledging our authority in the industry and becoming disciplined professional craftspeople in our chosen mediums.
I’m also a TV writer. My focus is Asian American and Asian Historical Dramas. Not only is it essential for us to learn our history, but TV and Film are the most effective and widespread ways to educate the public.
What does this all mean?
Well, it just means I’m doing my best for the community and reconstructing Hollywood to be a more equitable industry for the Asian diaspora. I want to do good for the community and will stop at nothing to help others.
Thanks for taking the time to look at my website and learning more about me.
